We spent 3 nights at your beautiful hotel and didn’t want to leave! It was incredible, the hotel is nicely done, the location is perfect, all the staff was great and always smiling, the lovely smell, and the breakfast was the best I have ever had (and I have been in hundreds of hotels). It was a perfect stay! We will definitely be back!

Room – We stayed in a deluxe corner room on the first floor, which in terms of outlook, it is hard to see how it could be bettered. One window looking onto the sea below, the other side is a side balcony where you look up the length of the coast. The room was clean, bright, and airy with enough storage space. The bed was ridiculously comfortable.

Breakfast – A lovely side room with views onto the gardens. Plenty of hot and cold selections, just the job.

Pool – Generally very peaceful with a beautiful pool, plenty of beds to go around. As lovely as it is, it seems a shame to miss out on a dip in that beautiful sea water. We would often relax at the poolside and access the beach at the bottom of the hotel to swim in the sea and return back to the pool – showers to wash of salt and sand.

Bars – We only tried the pool bar, and it was lovely, there is also a bar inside the hotel. A little pricey perhaps, but not out of step with the resort. Friendly helpful service, nothing was too much trouble. Reasonably priced and tasty quality snacks are provided.

Staff – everybody we encountered was friendly, attentive, and courteous – thank you for the cozumel fly fishing recommendations! We’ll go there on our next vacation.

General – The hotel has a lovely calming feel about it, the outlook is incredible. We liked Es Pujols as well. The main beach was pretty busy, but you don’t have to go far to find more secluded spots. On an evening, the resort was lively in an excellent way with a market on the seafront and an excellent range of restaurants.
